Tyre Depot Foreman / Senior Supervisor.
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and effective senior supervisor / foreman to assist in the smooth running of our Dublin depot : TAB Tyres, Unit 8, western Industrial estate, Knockmitten Lane, Naas Road, Dublin 12.
This is a fully depot based role, Monday to Friday, 07:45 to 17:15. You do not need to have a drivers license but you do need to be on site each day to prepare the premises for the day.
Ideally you will have significant experience and will be able to demonstrate:
* A strong understanding of Car, Van and Truck Tyres.
* The ability to correctly remove and fit car, van and truck tyres using tyre machines, tools and equipment.
* Be able to demonstrate best practice with regard to Health and safety & Tyre Husbandry.
* A clear understanding of what is required to support a vibrant tyre business. in terms of stock control, time management, task prioritisation, depot husbandry, ethical and fair behaviours.
* People management skills - you will lead a team of up to five fitters and will be expected to direct, control and develop them in line with the
* Customer facing - you will be able to deal with customer interactions professionally and responsibly when and as they arise.
* Be able to work as part of a dynamic team to produce excellent standards in all touchpoints of the business.
