* Foster seamless collaboration among teams, managers and departments by providing high-quality administrative support.
* Deliver polished documents, correspondence and reports through meticulous drafting, proofreading and formatting.
* Ensure efficient scheduling, diary coordination and meeting logistics.
* Maintain precise records, databases and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
* Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and courtesy.
* Contribute to the preparation of reports, briefings and presentations.
* Support monitoring budgets, procurement and financial processes where required.
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the public sector or a regulated environment.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritise competing demands.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of public sector processes and procedures in Ireland is advantageous.
* Experience supporting senior management or executive teams.
* Familiarity with procurement and finance systems used in the public sector.
* Understanding of compliance, governance and data protection regulations.
