Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Professional to provide exceptional care and support to residents with Intellectual Disabilities/ABI/Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care through a person-centred approach, meeting the practical, physical, and emotional needs of residents.
* Act as a key worker for named residents, fostering strong relationships and supporting their individual goals and education.
Requirements:
* Hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria for registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
* Possess experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
