At our site in Watergrasshill, Cork, we are actively looking for a
Boning Hall Supervisor
to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team as well as manage and coordinate production within the Boning Hall.
This is a full time, permanent position which will report into the Boning Hall Manager.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure that quality targets are achieved for key customers
Co-ordinate order processing to ensure that service levels are of the highest standard
Complete work in the most efficient manner
Control staff movements within department to ensure accurate work records
Implement and enforce all Group HR Policies
Implement and enforce all Group Health and Safety policies
Minimise waste in relation to packaging
Participate fully in continuous improvement system
Maintain good relationships with other functions within the factory and maximise cross-functional workings to deliver the best overall result possible.

Quality complaints of key customers
Service levels of key accounts
Variable cost of production
Yields
Requirements
Must have previous experience supervising a team within a FMCG environment.
Meat Industry experience would be beneficial.
Experience in driving down costs through innovative solutions and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Confidence to make on the spot decisions.
