Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake sweet and savoury items, including pastries, cakes, breads etc.
* Assist in creating and developing new recipes and seasonal specials.
* Ensure all bakery products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised work environment in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with deli staff to meet customer demand and support food service operations.
* Manage stock rotation and assist in ordering baking supplies as required.
