A key role exists within our organization for a skilled and experienced CRM Administrator to join our team. This position plays a vital part in ensuring seamless communication between our CRM systems and users, guaranteeing accurate data management and synchronization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the integrity of transactional data
* E nsure ongoing master data management integrity by identifying and eliminating duplicates
* Support data regional or global changes associated with sales structural realignment initiatives
* Implement security model changes as needed and maintain approver lists
* Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and resolve CRM incidents efficiently
* Test system enhancements and document results thoroughly
* Onboard and offboard CRM users, coordinate new user creation, and manage access permissions
* Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards in CRM, analyzing data for decision-making purposes
* Conduct training sessions and provide support to users with CRM-related questions
* Document and review processes, recommending improvements as necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in office software applications
* Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, assertiveness, teamwork, adaptability, flexibility, time management, and situational awareness
