Our client is a leading Law Firm in Cork and currently have a vacancy for a Litigation Legal Secretary. This role will provide legal secretarial support to the General Litigation Department. Working in a very collaborative team environment, this is lovely role for a candidate looking for their next move!
Salary : to €42K depending on experience

The Role:
* File management: opening, closing and maintaining files
* Document management: Manage high volumes of typing letters and other documentation; amending documentation as required
* Court administration: Preparation of court documents and briefs; liaising with Counsel as required.
* Administration activities including filing, photocopying, answering the phone.
The Candidate:
* 2 years+ Legal Secretarial experience within Litigation.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
* Work well as part of a team with ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Good IT and systems skills
* Ability to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently.
