Our company is seeking an experienced financial administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, with strong organizational skills and a problem-solving approach. Motor industry experience is a significant advantage, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records and support financial reporting
* Proficiency with using Sage, BrightPay, and MS Office suite
* Manage VAT processing and handle proposals and schemes
* Ensure compliance and industry standards are met
* General accounts and administration duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
* Excellent organisational skills and a problem-solving approach
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
