Description
We are seeking a Practice Assurance Analyst to join our growing internal compliance function.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of regulatory submissions to CAI, ICAEW, Central Bank and any other regulators on a timely basis. Includes annual returns, notification of standing data changes and other returns.
• Maintain tracker of regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with operational teams and external regulator (CAI/ICAEW) to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Monitor complaints and liaise with PII broker.
• Respond to internal compliance queries and monitor the mailboxes.
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures and support operational teams in their implementation.
