This role would suit an ambitious and confident Account Management Team Leader.
Working with our client, you will lead, guide and support a talented team in the implementation of B2C and B2B sales.

In this role you will:
Manage and execute the process of all B2B communications to ensure high-level targets are met and exceeded
Communicate sales plan activity to all team members and ensure implementation
Coach and develop a team of multilingual account executives to develop and drive performance leveraging sales playbook and sales techniques through to a positive outcome
Run effective and proactive motivating daily/weekly/ monthly meetings with the sales team to ensure all objectives are understood and targets are met and exceeded
Responsible for individual team member progress and development, and to ensure optimum levels of account activations and revenue generation and activities completed (defined by the number of calls/emails) in line with company goals
Drive delivery of both individual and team account activations & revenue against predefined targets and associated KPI's
Provide relevant management information, including recommendations on people, product and service related issues
Have opportunities to identify any opportunities to improve performance and help the company achieve its larger objectives.
Manage all communication with the client through the client's point of contact.

You have a strong passion for sales (Previous sales experience is essential, with experience running existing business - upsell/cross sell/retentions)
You have previous people management experience, with a proven background in the development of highly effective sales strategies and track record in achieving results
You have previous experience with Salesforce with proven experience in utilising Salesforce reporting to drive results
You are highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills,thriving in a highly target driven environment
You are highly influential with ability to motivate and develop a strong team of sales professionals through your professional leadership
You are highly confident with strong planning and presentation skills: you will report to senior management and client contact on a daily/weekly basis with regard to targets and activity
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You are highly analytical and experienced at analyzing and creating reports and metrics in line with client needs
