Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Builder/ Developer to work on a large 3 year residential project in West Dublin. Our client has a fantastic reputation as an employer and is ramping up their team for this project. The successful Finishing Foreman will have worked on residential projects ideally in Ireland before.

Required

* Carpentry background
* Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously. Apartments experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to lead a team
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Good eye for detail

Package:

* Salary circa €75k-€80k
