Human Resources Manager Role
The primary objective of this position is to oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organisation's goals. This includes managing employee relations, directing the HR teams, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the HR teams to ensure effective execution of organisational plans and objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, motivation, and productivity.
* Collaborate with management teams to identify and resolve HR-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including data protection and FOI.
* Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Manage employee benefits and entitlements, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
* Provide input into strategic operational planning, budgeting, and financial management.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
