Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from pre-construction through to handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, budget control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
The successful applicant will coordinate teams including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, chair meetings, ensure compliance, and resolve issues proactively. They will also monitor progress, track risks, and report to senior leadership.
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position with a main contractor, hold a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
* Manage programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
* Coordinate teams including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Chair meetings, ensure compliance, and resolve issues proactively
* Monitor progress, track risks, and report to senior leadership
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor
* Strong knowledge of RC frame, MEP coordination, and project delivery
* Degree qualified in construction, engineering, or a related field
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
