Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical system design, validation and optimization.
Key responsibilities include research, design and development of mechanical and electromechanical systems to meet performance, reliability and efficiency goals.
We conduct extensive testing, verification and validation of mechanical components and systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead or contribute significantly to engineering projects managing timelines resources and technical execution.
Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes efficiency and product quality ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to production.
Recommend and implement technological advancements materials selection and system improvements to enhance functionality and manufacturability.
We work closely with engineering product development quality assurance manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
Communicate technical insights progress updates and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders including vendors and clients.
Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers fostering skill development and best practices.
Analyse and resolve complex technical challenges related to safety performance and efficiency.
This role requires independent project ownership collaboration with cross-functional teams and strategic decision-making based on in-depth technical analysis.
