Key Responsibilities:

This role involves financial analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.

1. Drive monthly project performance reviews to inform business decisions.
\
2. Identify variances and trends across projects.
\
3. Implement corrective actions with the commercial and finance team as needed.
\
4. Evaluate budget Cost Value Reports prepared by the commercial team.
\
5. Ensure consistent preparation of monthly and quarterly project Cost Value Reports.
\
6. Prepare project Work in Progress and Accrual figures for all entities.
\
7. Update project forecasts and review key project data.
\
8. Audit project reports with the commercial teams, identify financial risks, and report findings to management.
\
9. Monitor retention release dates and liaise with the commercial team.
\
10. Develop and maintain data analytical dashboards using Power BI or other systems.
\
11. Track tender values and stages.
\
12. Manage subcontractor set up, onboarding, and payment processes.
\
13. Review and sign off on payment files before approval.
\
14. Manage subcontract compliance documentation and ledgers.
\
15. Assist HSEQ and Purchasing departments with ESG and CSRD compliance.
\
16. Work with bid teams on ongoing tenders.
\
17. Manage bond facilities and CSO returns.
\
18. Assist in insurance renewal processes.
