Our Position

J oining the Forvis Mazars Talent Acquisition team is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative team where candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnerships are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a recruitment professional who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional hires but also thrives in cross‑functional collaboration and supports our hiring partners and team with best‑practice guidance and strategy. Key R esponsibilities

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced hire roles across our Dublin, Galway, Cork, and Limerick offices, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.

* Partner closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to understand workforce plans, define role requirements, and design effective, targeted recruitment strategies.

* Lead and prioritise multiple recruitment assignments, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring expectations, timelines, and progress are consistently managed.

* Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, using market intelligence, competitor insights, and strategic planning to attract high-quality talent.

* Build, nurture, and maintain strong candidate pipelines that support both immediate and future hiring needs.

* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial sourcing and screening through assessments, interview preparation, and the offer stage.

* Manage the offer and negotiation process, advising hiring managers and candidates to ensure positive outcomes aligned with internal policies and market benchmarks.

* Provide guidance on relocation and immigration processes, tracking cases and liaising with relevant internal and external experts as required .

* Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all internal systems, including ATS records, trackers and the relevant compliance documentation.

* Collaborate effectively across multiple functions to support business objectives and strengthen cross-team alignment.

* Manage relationships with third‑party recruitment partners, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and value.

* Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the enhancement of recruitment processes, procedures, tools, and strategic initiatives.

* Represent Ireland within the international Forvis Mazars network, sharing best practices, contributing to global programmes, and participating in relevant events.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Ireland and across the Forvis Mazars Group on secondment opportunities and support collaborative online recruitment marketing campaigns that promote our brand and employer value proposition

Ideal C andidate

* Experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition professional with a strong commitment to delivering a best‑in‑class experience to both candidates and internal clients.

* Proven in‑house recruitment experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment, with the ability to manage complex hiring needs and senior stakeholder expectations.

* Knowledgeable in immigration and relocation processes, with hands‑on experience supporting international candidates through end‑to‑end mobility requirements.

* Skilled in designing and executing multi‑channel sourcing strategies, leveraging market insights to build and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders, business leaders, and candidates at all levels.

* Highly organised with strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

* Collaborative team player, thriving in a supportive, high‑performing, and people‑focused environment.

* Process‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to enhancing recruitment practices, tools, and outcomes.
