This Business Development Specialist will drive sales growth in the SME sector by executing a targeted sales plan within a defined territory.
The role requires close collaboration with our Sales Team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and exceed sales targets for rental, service, and direct sale of Culligan products.
* Promote growth and retention within a defined territory through effective sales strategies.
* Align sales efforts with wider business objectives and execute sales growth plans.
* Negotiate commercial contracts with internal and external partners.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support networking opportunities.
* Maintain effective communication with all departments and team members.
* Work closely with customers and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of installation and retention SLAs.
* Update CRM with key information to enable smooth customer onboarding and tracking of KPIs.
Requirements:
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to streamline work processes.
* A proven track record of customer service and satisfaction.
* Experience in SME sales and self-generated business development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
* Knowledge of recurring rental product sales and demonstrated skills in utilizing a CRM effectively.
