We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This role will suit a driven and highly organised professional with a strong background in construction and proven experience working on ESB-related projects or utility infrastructure interfaces.The successful candidate will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of residential construction projectsCoordinate project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site activitiesLiaise with clients, local authorities, design teams, utility providers, and subcontractorsOversee project budgets, progress reporting, and cost controlEnsure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme deadlinesManage project risk, site logistics, and quality assuranceCoordinate and monitor ESB-related works, utility connections, and associated programme requirementsEnsure compliance with health and safety legislation and company proceduresLead site meetings and provide regular updates to senior managementResolve issues efficiently to keep projects progressing smoothlyRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager in constructionStrong background in residential construction projectsExperience with ESB works, utility coordination, or projects involving electrical infrastructureExcellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operationsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and timelinesAbility to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyExcellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skillsFull clean driver’s licenceProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwarePackage€90,000–€100,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicleCompany phoneLaptop providedCareer progression opportunitiesSupportive and professional working environment
