Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Business Manager to join their team.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially and location is Dublin 8 (possibility of Hybrid working after initial onboarding to be reviewed and agreed with manager).
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €45.49 per hour based on an annualised salary of €83,081.
You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays.

TOR, technical documents for steering groups etc.) Develop Board / SMT artefacts distilling technical information into digestible pieces Attend and support security vendor meetings to collaborate and develop operational solutions Translate technical controls into regulatory compliance evidence Maintain cyber security controls mapping with established cyber security frameworks Carry out market sounding exercises for cyber security technology and services Work with the programme managers on NCSP to align technical deliverables with programme milestones Cyber knowledge and experience is a requirement for the post National Cyber Security Programme (NCSP): Produce monthly update report: Liaise with Initiative owners for monthly updates & RAID items Collate updates into consolidated report Prepare & update the Summary pages in the report Update the Compliance Report part Share for review & Feedback with relevant CISO stakeholders, consolidate feedback Share the final report Escalate any issues Maintain NCSP RAID Log Support planning activities for upcoming year for CISO dept & update NCSP accordingly Attend various NCSP Update meetings for different CISO teams NCSP walkthroughs with new CISO team members Support Initiative owners in producing their monthly updates Update client Programme Manager's Report with NCSP progress (monthly) Support Cyber GRC activities (e.g.
Risk updates) / audits etc.
based on NCSP initiatives progress CISO Action Tracker Maintain the CISO Action Tracker - review, update, reach out for action updates to relevant stakeholders / CISO/ NCSP Security Architect / CISO PMO Review actions with the CISO EA to ensure actions are captured CISO Meetings Support Cyber Security Programme Board: prepare Action Updates paper & any other papers required; liaise with relevant stakeholders for content DOH Monthly Performance Meeting: Update monthly Do H report with NCSP updates & notable cyber security events in the past month (monthly) Other: Prepare agendas & meeting decks/slides/ briefing papers for various regular and ad hoc meetings Take minutes/actions when required Attend and support preparation for NCSC meetings CISO Events Co Ps: Organise CISO Community of Practice Events (Voluntary Hospitals - quarterly & Statutory hospitals - biannual), including presentations, liaising with speakers, booking venues & catering etc., including support on the day & note/action taking CISO Conferences: Organise CISO conference (CISO Day) events - bi-annual Any other ad-hoc events as required CISO Comms activity Liaise with Internal Comms and client comms to drive the Cyber comms activity Write / supply / review content for various news articles Progress CISO Comms Strategy and Plan Liaise with Digital for Care Cyber Awareness Campaign to progress comms and avoid duplication of effort and overcommunication Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer *This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role* Skills: Business Manager Cyber RAID Compliance PM PMP Benefits: Accrue 30 days AL per year
