Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in developing treatments, wellness programs, memberships, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. Implement and maintain high standards of treatments, hygiene, and customer care. Develop and manage spa & leisure programs, promotions, and special offers. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue. Recruit, train, and develop spa therapists and support staff. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Work closely with hotel management to align spa services with overall guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience as a Spa & Leisure Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting an advantage. Strong leadership and team management skills. A passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic treatments. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
