Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, breads and afternoon tea items.
Support the culinary management team in maintaining exceptional food standards.
Ensure all mise en place is prepared efficiently for daily service and menus.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health & safety and HACCP procedures.
Contribute creative ideas for seasonal desserts and pastry offerings.
Ensure consistency in presentation, taste and portion control.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest expereinces.
Key Requirements
Culinary Qualification or 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume kitchen enviroment preferred.
Passionate, creative and detail oriented with high fodd standards.
Strong skills in pastry, plated desserts, breads and cake operations.
Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
The ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work early and late shifts including weekends.
A good command of the English Language.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
Detailed knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
