Overview
Purpose of the role is to ensure the service is in line with appropriate Government and Health Service Executive (HSE) Policy. Within that context the Manager will be expected to work autonomously and with initiative.
The ideal candidate would preferably have experience working with autism. The Manager will act as the Person in Charge for existing services ensuring compliance with the Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
Responsibilities
* Act as the Person in Charge for existing services and ensure compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
* Work autonomously and with initiative to align services with government and HSE policy.
* Provide leadership and oversight to the multidisciplinary team as required.
Qualifications
* Requirements:
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
* Level 6 in Management
* 3 years Supervisory or Management experience
