Organisation & Talent Development Manager CREGG are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Organisation and Talent Development Manager to join our clients team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role is based out of their Shannon office.
Reporting to the HR Director, this role leads organisational development initiatives, designs and delivers learning programmes, drives employee engagement through surveys and insights, and supports managers in developing the skills and behaviours needed for a high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Support the HRD in shaping organisational culture, values, and behaviours.
Facilitate team development sessions, culture workshops, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives Conduct training needs analysis across all levels and departments.
Design, source and deliver learning programmes for frontline staff, professionals, and managers.
Develop leadership pathways for supervisors, team leads, and managers.
Provide coaching, tools and resources to help managers build high performing teams.
Support talent and succession planning with development frameworks and actionable plans.
Lead the full cycle of employee surveys, including design, communication, supplier management, launch, analysis, reporting, and follow up actions.
Partner with HR and Communications colleagues on engagement initiatives, recognition activities (e.g.
Long Service), and culture building events.
Use survey data, turnover trends, and workforce sentiment to identify organisational strengths and priority areas.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience in Organisation Development, Learning & Development, or a specialist HR development role.
Third level qualification in OD, Learning, HR, Psychology, or related discipline 8 years post qualification experience Strong facilitation, workshop design, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programmes.
Experience managing or delivering employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
A collaborative style with the ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally Coaching or facilitation accreditation.
