About the Role
Brightpath Healthcare is seeking a
Scheduling & Rostering Administrator
to coordinate and manage staff rosters across the Republic of Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our frontline teams while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain staff rosters using the TMS system.
* Support Care Team Leads with rostering requirements.
* Monitor rostering data to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Assist in the implementation of quality and safety standards.
* Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years' administration experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Residential Care legislation and HIQA standards (desirable).
* Administration qualification (desirable).
