You will work closely with the visitor centres and other guest-facing teams, pro-actively driving and developing a very high standard of hospitality excellence.This role is based onsite at Kildare Village and operates on a rota, requiring you to work 40 hours per week across five out of seven days.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:Inspire others by acting as a role model in hospitality for the guest facing team including visitor centre, security, cleaning, as well as store staffIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement of service, delivery and standards of excellenceStay up to date with the following information and apply it to enhance the level of guest experience and services of the VillageProactively provide new ideas to the business to continuously enhance the level of guest experience within the VillageManage planning and resources within the team in line with guest needs, seasonal activities and initiativesWhat makes you specialEvery colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking.
