We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
This professional will work closely with our Leadership Team to understand the business and translate this into an HR agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Partner with our People Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Performance Management: Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: Work with Regional HR Manager & L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of relevant training programs.
* Compensation and Benefits: Support the annual merit review process and advise management on policy and guideline interpretation.
* Compliance: Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
