Location: Mullingar; Part-time (3 days per week).
The Role
As EHS Advisor, you will:
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with Irish health & safety legislation and industry standards.
* Develop and deliver EHS training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
* Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.
* Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.
* Partner with management to embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
About You
* 3–5 years’ experience in an EHS role, ideally within medical, pharma, healthcare, or laboratory environments.
* Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation (HSA) and relevant healthcare standards.
* NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) required; ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 exposure an advantage.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage staff at all levels.
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity.
