Customer Service Role
We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions, and account issues.
* Handle product complaints and provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions, and compensation plans.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, business models, and compliance guidelines.
* Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments in accordance with policies.
* Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
* Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Native language speaker or fluent in spoken and written English.
* Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in network marketing, direct sales.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
