Qualifications
* Prior knowledge or experience in a role within Front Office, Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, or Reservations
* Local market knowledge is helpful
* Knowledge of Corporate Business Travel, Group and Extended stay segments is helpful
* Knowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful
* A fiercely proactive and can‑do attitude
* A willingness to travel when needed
Responsibilities
* Manage corporate RFPs and GDS rate loading for Dublin properties
* Plan and manage outreach campaigns as a key part of our business development for long‑stay and corporate business
* Work alongside the Sales Managers to deliver lead generation and pipeline for new business opportunities
* Be knowledgeable of the business landscape for sales generation and account management
* Assist in planning local and national sales activities, network and socialise with the wider teams, and have the opportunity to attend trade shows and presentations to promote Staycity and the group portfolio
* Meet and speak with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships
* Provide timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long‑stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
* Maintain accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports
