Description du posteWho we are looking forThe role of Investment Specialist within Amundi can be articulated around two main areas of activities: Production, Articulation & Client Interaction.Production activities see the Investment Specialist team delivering information and material around the products and portfolios under their responsibility.Prepare, enrich and keep the material up to dateProduce and update high quality portfolio reporting (presentation material, performance commentaries, ad-hoc material) in conjunction with the rest of the IS team.In response to queries on portfolios or expertises, prepare and/or analyse portfolio historical data extracts / management comments / answers to "easy" queries, etc…Assist investment specialists, fund managers and analysts in handling client inquiries, follow-up with client requests, work with RFP teams on RFPs and maintain and improve tools used by the IS team for their periodic activity.Provide clients and prospects with on-going updates about market views, investment strategy, positioning and performance under the direction of senior staff.Contribute to the creation of investment communications content to support the marketing and distribution of the company's products and services – including but not limited to white papers, ad-hoc focus or opinion pieces, presentation material and regular commentaries etc…To keep track of all the management comments / performance attributions / dedicated reviews / bespoke reports to be produced by the IS team as well their respective deadlines to try to ensure the best possible quality of serviceSupport internal management communication around key business initiatives and updatesEnsure that all marketing material complies with the existing regulations From time to time, the position might require employees to perform operational tasks such as data download and analysis, contribute to the drafting of legal documentationArticulation & Client Interaction activities include interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders to communicate on portfolio activities, seeking to grow and retain assets with existing and prospective clients.The successful candidate will be expected to be ready, by the end of their VIE contract, to:Own the message about capabilities under coverageDevelop the marketing identityAssist sales with ad-hoc requests for information about the strategies under coverageSupport product development initiativesContribute to the creation of investment communications content to support the marketing and distribution of the company's products and servicesSupport internal management communication around key business initiatives and updatesAt all time, the Investment Specialists team adheres to existing procedures and regulations and complies with local specific regulations and corporate policyCritères de candidatureDurée24 MonthsPoste avec managementNonNiveau d'étude minimumBacFormation / SpécialisationEducation & Preferred QualificationsDegree in area of Finance, Engineering, Business or other relevant area, or similar post-graduate qualification or demonstrated relevant work experienceIn-depth knowledge of financial markets, with experience with ESG is preferable.Compétences recherchéesWhat we value for the role - Strong work ethic, drive and ambition - Ability to work as part of a team is paramount - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - Proactivity and ability to work autonomously is a must - Concern for order and attention to detail, laser focus is needed - Embracing diversity within the team environment and openness to change - Client Centricity - Independent thinking - Ability to work on projects with strict deadlines & under time pressure - Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and data extraction tool - Strong proficiency with Visual Basic, Python, Tableau a significant plus - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent communication written and oral - Excellent presentation skills a mustOutils informatiquesProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Reuters preferable.Proficiency with Visual Basic and Python, Tableau or similar software and strong coding capabilities would be a significant plus.LanguesEnglish.
