Job Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work with the conception, design, development and installation of new products or production lines. Your duties will include improving production processes to become more cost-effective and efficient over time, resolving technical problems and selecting precision tools for different machines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support manufacturing by resolving issues, providing tools, and implementing new products into production.
* Lead process optimization using engineering and continuous improvement techniques to streamline product flow through the manufacturing cell.
* Analyze product structures and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
* Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize manufacturing cell performance.
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to quality control processes.
* Ensure company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
* Maintain compliance with ISO/TS16949 standards in the manufacturing area.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline.
* Working knowledge of automation and assembly processes, laser welding systems, robotics, automation systems & dispense systems, validation lifecycle, Six Sigma problem solving.
* Supervisory experience is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Collaboration with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in computer-aided modeling and design software.
