About the Role
As a BMS Engineer, you'll play a key role across the full lifecycle of building management systems – from maintaining live systems to commissioning new ones.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Servicing & maintaining existing BMS systems
* Diagnosing, troubleshooting & correcting faults
* Identifying upgrades, optimisation opportunities & system improvements
* Delivering new‑build BMS projects from start to finish
* Full commissioning, testing & validation
* Creating, modifying & optimising BMS strategies
* Developing or updating front‑end graphics
* Demonstrating completed systems to clients & managing smooth handovers
* Programming BMS systems from concept through completion
What We're Looking For
* Engineering Degree / HND / ONC (electrical bias preferred)
* 2+ years' experience with Trend or another BMS system
* Strong control panel knowledge (design, manufacture, testing)
* Understanding of instrumentation & 3rd‑party integrations
* Full clean driving licence
* Great communicator – positive, sociable & proactive
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong organisation & project ownership skills
