Manage the day to day running of the bar ensuring smooth and efficient service including opening and closing procedures. Recruit, schedule and supervise bar staff
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage stock
Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations
Monitor bar performance, track sales and implement strategies to increase revenue
Maintain cleanliness and organisation
Management of onsite accommodation
Function room booking, event bookings. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Minimum 3 years experience in a management role
Strong understanding of bar operation/inventory
Salary based on experience and incentivized based on performance for the ideal candidate
