Compensation:
Equity only (significant co-founder stake) until our pre-seed round closes; full-time salary begins after the raise. This is an execution-heavy role: you are expected to personally write 80%+ of the core code for the first 12–18 months.

Your Hands-On Blueprint
This role is about personal implementation and technical velocity through the MVP phase.
* Architect & Implement (80% Coding):
Personally build and deploy the core platform end-to-end.
* Technical Strategy & Velocity:
Translate the "SSL for Trust" vision into a technical roadmap and build a resilient, multi-tenant platform (AWS is the preferred option).
* Security & Compliance by Design:
Establish a best-in-class, audit-ready security and compliance posture from day one (secure SDLC, privacy-by-design, ISO 27001/SOC 2 readiness).
* Founding Leadership:
Recruit, lead, and mentor the founding engineering team; set the bar for quality, security, and execution by example.
* External Voice:
Represent the technology and its defensibility with investors, partners, and early customers.
About You: The Technical Executor
We are deliberately filtering for a high-velocity, security-first builder.
* Deep B2B SaaS Experience:
8–10+ years architecting, shipping, and scaling B2B SaaS (cloud, multi-tenant, high availability).
* Founder-Level Executor:
Comfortable writing 80%+ of the codebase through MVP (months 0–12/18) while also setting technical direction.
* Security & DevSecOps Mastery:
You can run a secure SDLC end to end; strong experience in threat modelling, CI/CD, IaC, secrets/IAM, and observability.
* Privacy-by-Design in Practice:
Proven experience implementing purpose limitation, data minimisation, retention policies, and auditability aligned with EU rules and major platform policies.
* API/Data Platform Chops:
Demonstrable experience with high-scale API architecture (event pipelines, idempotency, rate limiting, incident handling); pragmatic proficiency with TypeScript/Node or Go/Python.
* Location:
Based in the EU/EEA with an existing legal right to work in the EU.
