In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our field sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. With a keen eye for strategy and a passion for excellence, you will inspire your team to achieve remarkable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy, aligning with our company's vision and objectives.Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.RequirementsProven track record of success in field sales leadership roles within the Food & Beverages industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key BehaviorsCollaborative and inclusive leadership style, fostering a culture of trust and teamwork.Courageous and confident in making strategic decisions and driving change.Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.Committed to continuous learning and professional development.Education/QualificationsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, is required.
