Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and facilitating professional development.
* Handle disciplinary procedures, including suspension and dismissal, ensuring all actions are compliant with legal and organizational standards.
* Support management in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Stay updated on changes in HR legislation and best practices within the childcare sector.
* Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the childcare or education sector. - Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and handling disciplinary actions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
