With over 60 full-time staff and 140 subcontractors, we pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with proven experience working on Irish construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations, while supporting site teams with quality documentation, inspections, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage quality assurance and control procedures across projectsCarry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsMonitor material testing, workmanship, and installation in line with project requirementsMaintain detailed quality records, checklists, and reports for client submittalsCoordinate and review technical submittals, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)Support project teams with close-out documentation and as-builtsLiaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality issues and resolutionsEnsure all works comply with Irish construction regulations and best practiceRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years' QA/QC experience in civil engineering or construction in IrelandRelevant engineering qualification (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills for liaising with clients, site teams, and managementProficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management systems/document controlWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and package (based on experience)Opportunity to work on landmark projects in Dublin and LeinsterCareer development in a growing, team-focused companyJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
