We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to join our team as an HR Services Operation Manager. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR and Employment Law services to our clients, while also managing and developing a team of HR consultants.

About the Role
* The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employment law and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects.
* They will be responsible for providing strategic HR and Employment Law advice to clients, as well as managing and developing a team of HR consultants.
* This is a leadership role that requires strong people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality HR and Employment Law services to clients, including retained client management and oversight, people management and development, and commercial and strategic management.
2. Manage and develop a team of HR consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent results.
3. Develop and implement processes to increase team efficiencies and improve client satisfaction.
4. Work closely with the Managing Director to deliver company strategic priorities and implementation of culture initiatives.

Requirements
* A primary degree or masters in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* HR BP qualification or equivalent professional knowledge gained through experience working as a HR Advisor/Business Partner.
* At least 10+ years relevant HR experience within a busy HR/Employment Law environment or HR consulting practice.
* 2-3 years People Management/team lead experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices.
