Our Finance team is the backbone of our company’s growth, building a scalable financial infrastructure that supports our ambitious goals. By combining analytical rigor with strategic foresight, we ensure a robust and sustainable financial future. We work collaboratively with teams across the organization and with external partners, supporting key stakeholders including Payer, Provider, Life Sciences (LSEPS), Product & Technology, and shared services such as HR, Legal/Compliance, and other Executive and Corporate functions.

The Product & Technology Finance team is looking for a dynamic, curious, and results-oriented Finance Manager to lead and drive critical financial processes for the Technology organization in Ireland. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires someone who excels at both operational detail and high-level strategic thinking.

As a key leader in this role, you will own the development and management of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, while producing detailed monthly P&Ls and variance analyses. You will also oversee and enhance financial models for Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), Operating Expenses (OPEX), Capital Development (Cap Dev), and Allocations in our Ireland office. You will be responsible for Ireland statutory reporting and Ireland regional management reporting. Beyond these core responsibilities, you will elevate the team’s capabilities by delivering advanced modeling, insightful reporting, and impactful analytics, all while driving innovation through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Your leadership presence will be felt at the highest levels of the organization, as you collaborate with and provide insights to C-suite executives, including the CEO, CTO, CFO, and other senior leaders. You will also serve as a thought leader in advancing automation, streamlining processes, and building a best-in-class finance function. This role will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager, Technology in the US.

What You Will Do


* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Ireland
* Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning process for the Technology organization, focusing on OPEX (headcount and non-headcount), CAPEX (hardware), and software capitalization. Own the Technology P&L, providing insights into cloud hosting costs, headcount, productivity metrics, vendor agreements, and software/hardware investments
* Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance, analyze actuals vs. forecasts, and identify actionable insights to address gaps and drive business success.
* Reporting, Analytics, and Insights in Ireland
* Ensure compliance with Irish financial regulations.
* Prepare financial data for audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
* Keep up to date with corporate tax requirements, VAT, and EU financial reporting standards.
* Build dashboards, analytics suites, and reports for key metrics, including cloud application usage, headcount productivity, software capitalization, and vendor agreements.
* Deliver concise, executive-ready presentations to stakeholders, including C-suite executives and the Board of Directors.
* Automation and Process Improvement
* Implement best practices and scalable frameworks to enhance financial processes and reporting.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize end-to-end financial processes.
* Continuously evaluate existing forecasting methodologies, financial models, and processes.
* Executive and Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner with Technology, Accounting, and other Finance teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives and operational goals.
* Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
* Prepare and present materials for C-suite executives, the Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

* Collaborate with Technology leaders to understand business needs and develop actionable financial plans.
* Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and accurate reporting.
* Review and analyze financial data to refine forecasting methodologies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
* Develop and update financial dashboards and reporting tools to deliver key insights to stakeholders.
* Create and present decks and other materials for senior executives, providing clear and concise financial narratives.
* Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in financial processes.

What You Need To Succeed

Core Experience & Expertise

* 7–9 years of experience in a Product and/or Technology Finance role, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry.
* Proven expertise in managing a Technology P&L, with ownership of forecasts, budgets, and financial models, including cloud hosting costs.
* Deep knowledge of financial statements, variance analysis, and modeling for CAPEX, OPEX, and allocations.
* Advanced proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and platforms like Anaplan, Oracle, Coupa, and SQL/data warehouses.
* Expertise in creating dashboards, analytics suites, and reporting tools for executive stakeholders.

What Helps You Stand Out

* Educational Background: An MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
* Deep Technical Understanding: Familiarity with how modern Technology organizations are run and managed, including a strong understanding of cloud applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
* Process Improvement Leadership: Significant experience leading automation initiatives and scaling financial processes for growth.
* Dynamic Problem Solver: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems with a lean, solutions-oriented approach.
