About Your New Job Lead Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and Industrial Engineering: As the Head of Manufacturing, you will oversee these critical areas to ensure smooth operations.
Strategic Planning: Translate project demand into capacity plans, production schedules, and resource plans.
Supplier Strategy: Own supplier strategy, including selection, performance reviews, and dual-sourcing where needed.
Quality Management: Ensure a robust QMS is in place, including NVRs, audits, and inspections.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in lead time, productivity, layout, and flow.
HSE Performance: Own HSE performance on the shop floor, ensuring safe systems of work, training, and incident management.
What Skills You Need Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior manufacturing management role, preferably with engineered-to-order products.
