Key Responsibilities:

Manage effective working relationships with brand partners and coordinate preparations for joint operational and strategic meetings.

Understand internal and partner objectives, creating aligned plans to drive business volume and financial performance.
*
Identify and implement commercial and operational opportunities through tailored programmes and initiatives.
*
Monitor and evaluate sales and commercial performance; recommend strategies to meet business objectives.
*
Develop integrated retention and loyalty strategies to maximise contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
*
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
*
Third-level qualification in Business, Strategy, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
*
5+ years of experience in a commercial or financial environment.
*
Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to deliver performance-driven outcomes.
*
Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
*
Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results against KPIs.
*
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
