Job Title: Operations Engineering Manager
The position of Operations Engineering Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading, coaching and developing a mix of internal and externally contracted multi-skilled maintenance and engineering colleagues across the estate enabling and building strong internal capabilities.
Job Description
1. Promoting health, safety and environmental excellence across all engineering and maintenance activities.
2. Manage procurement of equipment, budgeting, specification, price negotiation and writing supporting business case.
3. Plan, oversee and optimize all preventative (Preventive), reactive (Corrective) maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime ensuring operational continuity.">
4. Manage equipment runtimes & maximize usage of equipment across sites to ensure assets are utilized effectively maintaining best practices.
