Project Leader
We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
* Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining project quality.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies. Implement risk management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community representatives. Provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager in construction, with experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
