Sr. Technical Program Manager - Information Security
Overview
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager - Information Security, you will drive the development and execution of our security programs to protect our organization and its customers. You\'ll work closely with a variety of teams to ensure security is a core component of all our processes. Your main focus will be on defining, managing, and improving security initiatives from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Security Programs: Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end security programs that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
* Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, IT, legal, and other cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and resolve dependencies.
* Drive Roadmap Creation and quarterly planning in collaboration with Information Security leader and their team
* Drive Communication and Enablement: Excellent communication skills in driving enablement of security initiatives and programs across a global audience.
* Reporting: Facilitate communication, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership and stakeholders.
* Manage Security Incident Response: Assist with incident response activities to ensure a swift and effective resolution of security breaches.
* Champion Best Practices: Foster a culture of security awareness by developing training programs and continuously improving program management processes
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex security programs in a technology-driven environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience leading security or infrastructure programs preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.
* Education: A bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Certifications (Preferred): Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe) and experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 are a plus.
