* Process delivery, return dockets, and stores issues efficiently and accurately.
* Update our central database system controlling asset-related data with precision.
* Populate and issue weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
* Electronic filing of all department records with attention to detail.
* Verify invoices against accruals thoroughly.
* Provide general administration support to the department as needed.
* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the department.
* Process inspection sheets for compliance.
* Set up and dispose of new assets on our company database.
* Tax vehicles and book Vehicle tests with accuracy.
* Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing effectively.
* Process toll and fuel cards with ease.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience required.
Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential.
