Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Front of House Manager for one of our well-established clients in Waterville Co. Kerry
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations. The Front of House Manager will lead the front-of-house staff, cultivate a welcoming environment for guests, and uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2 years' experience in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a 5-star Hotel environment is necessary.
2. Ability to work in a team environment.
3. Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service care.
6. Have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
9. Competitive salary of €40,00 – €45,000 annually depending on experience.
