Job Title: Supervisor
Reports to: Branch Manager
Location: Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland
Job Summary: As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety.
Key Tasks
Supervise and actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor
Achieve company and branch objectives & targets
Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner
Record all relevant details on our in-house systems
Support Branch Manager as requested (e.g. audits)
Use materials, parts and equipment efficiently
Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures
Adhere fully to the company’s operations manual
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures / operations manual
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Good technical and motor experience
Leadership experience
