Our Client currently has a very exciting role to establish, lead and develop the organisation BIM strategy and BIM Management Office.Review and develop BIM processes, protocols and standards in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 19650Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) implementation, training and rolloutManage BIM coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors)Conduct clash detection exercises and coordinate 3D/4D/5D modellingDevelop and maintain Revit templates and BIM content librariesSupport digital handover and asset information managementManage BIM budgets, software licences and hardware requirementsAssist in preparation for NSAI ISO BIM Level 2 CertificationRecruit and lead future BIM support staffEssential Experience7+ years construction project delivery experience (including digital handover)5+ years in a BIM Manager or Coordinator roleExpert knowledge of Autodesk AEC Suite (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)Proficiency with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, etc.)Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standardsProven track record in clash detection (3D, 4D, 5D)Experience implementing BIM Strategy and managing BIM on large, complex projectsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable ExperienceDigital Asset Management knowledgeDynamo / API expertiseGIS and ESRI product familiarityEducational Requirements:Essential:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or EngineeringNFQ Level 8 qualification in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related disciplineDesirable:NFQ Level 9 (Master's) in BIM ManagementISO 19650 BIM Certification from a recognised bodyShow more Show less
