Commercial Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for the commercial leadership of construction projects, ensuring business objectives are met and risks are managed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading on all aspects of commercial management including contract administration, procurement, and cost control.
* Developing and implementing effective commercial strategies to maximize profit margins and minimize risk.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress and performance.
