The Falls Hotel & Spa is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team Responsibilties To keep the kitchen and designated areas in a clean hygienic condition in compliance with hotel and hygiene regulations, and assist Chefs if the need arises. Operation of the Hotel dishwashing machine Cleaning of Kitchen pots, pans and utensils at the pot wash area of the kitchen and ensuring they are stored correctly. Deep cleaning of kitchen/larder areas, equipment and storage areas. The successful candidate must: - Be available to work flexible shifts including midweek and weekends as required. - Be able to work as part of a team aswell as on their own initiative. - Live locally or have own mode of transport Skills: Teamwork hard working Flexible Benefits: Meal Allowance / Canteen Gym
